A rapidly growing live entertainment group, specialising in comedy, is seeking to strengthen its team with the appointment of an Executive Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but dynamic management team for someone able to play a key support role as we take the company to the next stage in its development.
About Us
TTG is the rapidly growing live entertainment group. Specialists in the comedy sector with operating divisions in ticketing, venue operations, promotions, and content. Our youthful but experienced management team leads the four operating companies: TicketText (our in-house ticketing platform); 2Northdown and 21Soho (our two critically-acclaimed live events venues); and Laughing Around (our video production and podcast studio arm), with more to come.
About You
You must be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for the live entertainment and events industry. You will be a super organised individual with some previous experience in company management reporting, either as an executive assistant or administrator in a similar field and able to handle commercially confidential material. We are seeking a friendly and calm team- player, able to use personal initiative and contribute ideas, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An interest in comedy is desirable. Some weekend and evening work may be required.
Post Outline
To manage the day-to-diary of the group CEO – this will include booking and attending meetings with note-taking, managing email, and other administrative duties, whilst becoming the primary point-of-contact for in-bound calls and queries from external 3rd Parties.
To assist the CEO in the prioritisation of any meeting follow-up’s, project updates and group activities, ensuring timelines and targets are adhered too.
To assist the CEO and senior management in the implementation of regular and insightful reporting, detailing the growth and development of the group’s activities.
To ensure that regular communications are delivered to company staff and management, the Board, and other stakeholders.
To assist the CEO in the onboarding of new company projects.
Personal Skillset & Competencies
Strong organisation skills - with the ability to manage numerous workflow demands in a calm and pleasant manner.
Able to easily communicate with colleagues, clients, and suppliers alike. Confident to represent the company to 3rd Parties.
Have a passion for live entertainment.
