Terms & Conditions:
TT-G has private membership at our Venues (2Northdown & 21Soho). Membership to both venues requires its members and their guests to accept the standards of conduct and rules to receive discounts, offers and more.
Membership Card: As a TT-G Industry & Partner member you will be issued with a membership card which will be posted to you. As a member, you agree not to share your membership card with anyone who is not a member.
Your digital membership card will be sent to you when available, members are able to download it as a card in their Apple & Google Wallets.
Sharing of either your physical or digital membership cards is not allowed, and will result in membership being terminated.
If your membership card is lost or stolen, please contact membership@tt-g.co.uk and one of the team will issue you with a new card. This will be made available for you to pick up in person at one of our box offices at a convenient time. Re-issuing a physical card may incur a fee.
Age Recommendation: Our membership scheme is strictly for ages 18+
Free Tickets: Free tickets are subject to availability. Members will receive free ticket links or promotional codes in our communications with you, we reserve the right to limit the number of tickets any one member can claim at one time.
Hiring The Venues: As a TT-G I&P member, you can take advantage of special members’ rates on the hiring of either venue. The special members’ rates are determined by TT-G and can change. Members will be informed of discount amounts when applicable. To find out more please contact: info@tt-g.co.uk
Discounts: As a TT-G I&P member, you can take advantage of 20% off on all purchases at our bars (2Northdown & 21Soho) all year round. You will also receive special discounts at 21Soho’s café, the amount discounted is determined by TT-G and may change. Members will be informed of discount amounts when applicable. Membership Discounts on food and drink at 21Soho and 2Northdown don't apply to any other promotional offers which may occasionally be in operation at the venues.
TT-G Membership Database: For safety and security, it is important for us to have your current details in our membership database. By becoming a member, you agree that we can hold your personal details and a photograph of you for us to use in connection with your membership. If your contact details change, please let us know by emailing membership@tt-g.co.uk
Industry Events: As a TT-G member you may receive invitations to our industry events. Tickets to each event are subject to availability.
Resale: Tickets must NOT be resold by members for profit or commercial gain. If TT-G believe you are reselling your tickets they will become void and your membership will be terminated.

Communications: Our members' communications are done digitally through e-newsletters. We require your permission to use your email address to communicate member perks with you. If you refuse permission to use your email address or unsubscribe at any time, you will lose communication of monthly offers.
We may use your personal information to send you our newsletter and other marketing communications relating to our business or the businesses of carefully-selected third parties which we think may be of interest to you, by email (where you have specifically agreed to this) or similar technology (and you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications);
